An evening of personal stories around mental ill health and the positive and negative impact it has. Not forgetting the humour.

This event is prompted by the death of Jay Carey who lost his life after decades of self medicating with alcohol. Some of Jay’s artwork will be on display for the evening telling its own story of journeying with mental ill health.

The evening is about learning and sharing, as such there will be a Q & A session so that our speakers can answer any points the event has raised.
